Jun-2018: Radio Communications for Scouts
On Thursday 21st June, CARS were invited to help with a Scout Group activity evening organised by Sandford Mill in 'The Barn'.
We were there to demonstrate the use of Radio and Morse - with Jim 2E0RMI, Bob G4MDB and Peter M0PSD, together with Pauline 2E0EUH who acted as Photographer.
It was a good evening with 14 energetic Scouts learning to use the Morse Key and how to put a HF station together and finding out about the use of radio.
